About the Company
Our client is a well-established hospitality group operating a portfolio of bars, hostels and travel brands across the UK and Europe. The Role
This is a stand-alone, in-house design position where you'll take ownership of all creative output across the business. You'll be responsible for everything from day-to-day artwork and campaign assets through to website concepts, digital asset management and larger creative projects. Working closely with marketing, digital and senior leadership teams, you'll have the autonomy to manage your workload, present ideas directly to stakeholders and shape how the brands are represented across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver artwork across digital, print, social media, email and marketing campaigns
- Maintain and develop visual consistency across multiple hospitality brands
- Produce website concepts, landing page designs and briefs for developers
- Manage and maintain the company's digital asset management platform and brand libraries
- Handle artwork requests from sites across the business, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time
- Develop brand assets, promotional materials, menus, POS and campaign collateral
- Support larger creative projects and periodic design refreshes
- Coordinate and manage freelance creative support when required
About You
- A strong all-round designer with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and versatility
- Comfortable working across multiple brand styles and visual identities
- Able to balance both production-based artwork and more creative project work
- Confident presenting ideas and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Likely to be in your second or third design role and looking for greater ownership and responsibility
- Someone who enjoys variety, works proactively and thrives in a less corporate environment
