This business is a leading retail/beauty business that are one of the best on the market and are growing quickly with long-term growth already in place with an amazing future mapped out. The marketing team has gone from strength to strength, and you will get to work with the best in the industry! This is an employee first business with career growth being extremely important, in a collaborative and ambitious team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the organic social media strategy (channels include Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for example)
  • Build a strong content strategy with the wider marketing team
  • Take the lead in building community led initiatives
  • Track and analyse the performance of social and community against growth objectives to implement changes
  • Manage a lovely team of 2 social media executives - looking for strong leadership qualities.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience within the hair industry is advantageous but open to Beauty/Retail
  • Strong organic social media experience
  • Previous line management (will be managing 2 in this team)
  • Experience on channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (YouTube is advantageous)
  • Ability to work and develop a strong community within the industry

Rates depend on experience and client requirements.
