This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and growth. As Social Media & Partnerships Manager, you will own and elevate the brand's organic social presence, leveraging an existing audience of 1M+ followers to drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance. Alongside this, you will lead the development and management of the brand's partnerships ecosystem, spanning influencers, affiliates, and its growing creator community. This is a purely organic and partnerships-led role. It does not include responsibility for paid media.
Key Responsibilities
- Organic Social Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end organic social strategy across all key platforms
- Develop content frameworks that drive engagement, reach, and brand affinity
- Translate brand and campaign moments into compelling, platform-native storytelling
- Analyse performance and continuously optimise content based on insights and trends
- Identify opportunities to expand reach within and beyond the existing 1M+ follower base
- Community & Audience Growth
- Deeply understand the audience and how to activate them
- Build initiatives that turn passive followers into an engaged community
- Spot and act on cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and visible
