ServiceNow Sales Account Manager

Location: London, Birmingham, or Edinburgh (Hybrid)

Salary: £100,000-£120,000 base + uncapped OTE

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing ServiceNow Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing Enterprise Solutions team. This is a strategic sales role focused on driving new business and expanding relationships across key enterprise accounts. You’ll work closely with internal technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions for our clients across the UK.

The ideal candidate will be consultative, results-driven, and comfortable engaging at C-suite level, with a strong background in enterprise software sales, ideally within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and public sector clients within the ServiceNow landscape.
  • Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation through to close, including RFPs, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Engage regularly with C-level stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and aligning ServiceNow solutions to their strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with technical consultants, pre-sales architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful scoping, solution design, and implementation.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow offerings and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Experience engaging in complex solution sales with a strong consultative approach.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to shape and close six- to seven-figure deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CFO, etc.).
  • Confident working across cross-functional teams, particularly with technical and pre-sales colleagues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Based in or able to commute to London, Birmingham, or Edinburgh.
