I’m working with a forward-thinking e-commerce consultancy looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their delivery team. You’ll take ownership of multiple complex projects, managing timelines, budgets, scope, and quality, while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and third-party suppliers.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones
  • Build strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Define project scope and objectives, translating business needs into practical solutions
  • Plan, track, and report on project progress, risks, issues, and finances
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and conduct post-project reviews
  • Stay up to date with Shopify and e-commerce trends to improve delivery
  • Contribute to the wider Project Management knowledge hub and support pitching processes when needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Substantial project management experience, ideally in e-commerce
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity
  • Experience in formal project environments using methodologies such as Waterfall, Prince2, or Agile/SCRUM
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Solid technical understanding of software development and project delivery lifecycle
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Ability to lead without formal authority and adapt to changing project needs

Desirable:

  • Programme management methodology qualification
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce business practices
