Salt has partnered with leading Fintech servicing over 800k customers globally in order to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead their retail investing products, one of their most successful and largest revenue generating products within the business. Their focus is to launch a host of new app and web experiences, inspiring confidence in investment decisions, planning for financial freedom and expanding into new AI driven investing verticals for retail customers.
Having recently launched a new iteration of the businesses brand, the company is focusing on shipping value to their customers faster than ever, and adapting their execution and product processes to be outcome focused and highly customer centric. You'll be reporting into a brilliant Head of Product for their investment pillar, who has a diverse product background in successful scale-ups and established fintechs, working end to end to solve some of their customers biggest pain points. This is a customer facing Product role and wouldn't suit a PM who lacks exposure to building customer facing products and features.
Qualifications
- Proven experience shipping B2C investment products for an established brokerage or neobroker scale-up.
- Exemplary knowledge and understanding of retail investor behaviour.
- Strong stakeholder management skills (You'll be presenting at board level).
- A strong eye for UX and high quality customer journeys.
- Outcome focused with strong customer empathy and proven impact on product metrics.
- Solid comfort in API and technical conversations.
- Great if you've built AI-driven investment features.
