The Role: Build and scale a strategic partner ecosystem from the ground up. Develop and execute a full-funnel partnership strategy, from identification to revenue generation. Formalise and optimise existing consultant and partner networks into a structured programme. Drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth through partner relationships. Engage senior stakeholders and operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The Requirements:
- Proven experience building consultant or lead-generation partnerships from scratch in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Full-funnel partnership management experience: sourcing, onboarding, enablement, performance tracking.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to convert relationships into measurable business outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, self-starting, and comfortable operating in minimal-infrastructure settings.
- Established networks across relevant verticals and geographies, ideally UK, Ireland, or Middle East.
- Ability to act decisively, thrive in ambiguity, and balance strategy with hands-on execution.
