The business operates internationally, with a strong creative and digital team based in London and close collaboration with European colleagues. They are looking for this Senior Graphic Designer to act as a day‑to‑day brand guardian, shaping how the brand appears across digital, campaign and selected print touchpoints, with clear scope to develop into art direction. This role will suit a strong designer stepping into, or recently into, a senior position who wants real ownership and creative influence rather than heavy hierarchy.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a guardian of the brand across all visual output
  • Design high quality assets across brand campaigns, digital marketing, e‑commerce, social and PR
  • Produce selected print materials including packaging, POS and product support assets
  • Work from briefs provided by both brand and e‑commerce teams
  • Contribute ideas in creative planning and review sessions
  • In time, art direct and attend smaller product and lifestyle shoots
  • Collaborate with European teams and support junior design resources when required
  • Manage your own workload and occasional freelancers to deadline and budget

Who we are looking for

This role is going to be ideal for someone from a branded, consumer‑focused environment such as lifestyle, leisure, fashion or culture‑led businesses.

Requirements

  • Strong graphic design experience within a branded organisation
  • Confidence designing for digital, with solid print fundamentals
  • A good eye for colour, balance and brand storytelling
  • Comfort working with engaged and often very opinionated consumer audiences
  • An organised and collaborative approach
  • Curiosity and ambition to grow further into art direction

Why

  • A globally recognised consumer brand with real creative ambition
  • Strong balance of autonomy, support and development
  • Exposure to campaigns, shoots and multi‑channel brand work
