Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts within the construction technology sector. The successful candidate will spend approximately 75% of their time on hands-on account management and 25% on leadership and mentoring.

You will drive strategic account planning and work closely with senior stakeholders to uncover new opportunities. Experience with Tier 1 Contractors and a strong understanding of client value drivers are essential for success in this role.

The position offers the flexibility of remote work with regular engagements across key client sites in the UK.
