We’re working with a very well‑known branding agency in Central London, part of a global communications group, to find a Senior Brand Designer who lives and breathes creativity. You’ll be joining a team that helps build some of the world’s most recognisable consumer brands, creating work that’s bold, beautiful and culturally relevant.

This is not a technical packaging design role. It’s about brand storytelling through design; crafting visual worlds that connect with people and push brands forward. You’ll blend strategic thinking with creative instinct, bringing to life ideas that inspire, challenge and stand out in a crowded marketplace.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and evolving brand identities and packaging design with strong strategic and conceptual foundations
  • Bringing digital‑first, motion‑led brand experiences to life that excite and engage audiences
  • Leading creative conversations and helping shape the direction of major consumer brands
  • Collaborating with Strategy and Client Services to deliver work that’s insight‑driven and full of impact
  • Mentoring and inspiring other designers, and championing creativity across the team
  • Presenting ideas with confidence, clearly communicating your thinking and vision
  • Helping to shape more connected, meaningful brand experiences across multiple touchpoints

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in consumer branding and packaging within a leading design or branding agency
  • The ability to think beyond design, understanding the bigger brand and business context
  • A strong sense of craft, storytelling and creative energy
