6 month contract - 32 hours a week over 4 or 5 days. Potential to be 40 hours. Workday (preferred), change management in Tier 1 enterprise applications, HCM/ business transformation programmes, stakeholder management, strategic advice. The Role
- Stakeholder identification and change impact analysis
- Change, communications and training planning
- Readiness and adoption assessments
- Development of communications and training materials
- Change planning, tracking and delivery
- Advising customers on the people impact of technology and process changes
About You
- 5+ years' experience with Tier 1 enterprise applications such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite or similar
- 5+ years' experience in change management on large HCM or business transformation programmes
- 5+ years' consulting experience, either in-house, consultancy, software or customer-side
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
- Comfortable combining strategic advice with hands‑on delivery
- Experience supporting organisations through technology and process change
- Workday experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- English required; German and/or French advantageous
