The Business Analyst will support the engagement team by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that guide strategic improvements to the client’s website and pages. This role partners closely with stakeholders, UX, Design, Product, Engineering and more to understand processes, identify challenges, and uncover opportunities for value creation. Through data analysis, requirements documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration, the Business Analyst works with the PO to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and positioned to deliver measurable impact.
Scope of Work
- Requirements & Analysis
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to capture functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Analyse business and user needs, translating these into clear, actionable requirements.
- Identify and address constraints (e.g., legal, privacy, compliance).
- Map existing processes, highlighting gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
- Work with other BAs to identify and manage cross‑team dependencies and define end‑to‑end or integration requirements across multiple products, teams, and/or systems.
- Partner with PO, TL, designer, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions.
- Remain flexible and adaptable, adjusting deliverables or methodology as needed to support the team’s goals.
- Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Write user stories with acceptance criteria, modifying and splitting requirements as appropriate.
- Lead refinement and planning sessions.
- Support developers and QA teams in understanding requirements and validating implementation.
- Define UAT test scenarios and validate outcomes.
