Our client is a world‑famous branding agency network working with some of the world's most recognisable names. They are entering an exciting phase of creative and commercial growth and are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help elevate the standard of work across the London studio.

This is a role for a designer who combines strategic thinking with exceptional craft. You will create thoughtful, beautiful and distinctive brand worlds that work seamlessly across digital, experiential and motion‑led environments. You enjoy shaping ideas, guiding narratives and turning complex challenges into simple, elegant solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and develop brand concepts from strategy to execution across a wide range of touchpoints.
  • Lead creative conversations and present work with clarity, rationale and conviction.
  • Translate brand stories into coherent visual systems that evolve intelligently over time.
  • Work closely with Creative Directors, strategists and wider teams to deliver integrated, high‑quality work.
  • Guide and support junior designers, contributing to a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of cultural, sector and design trends, bringing new thinking into the studio.
  • Ensure ideas are crafted beautifully and delivered to the highest standards.

Qualifications

  • A Senior Designer with strong experience in brand identity, ideally within established creative or branding studios.
  • A portfolio showing conceptual strength, aesthetic refinement and confident system thinking.
  • Comfort working across digital‑first and motion‑aware environments.
  • Someone ambitious, articulate and proactive, with the potential to move toward Design Director.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across disciplines.
  • A designer who enjoys being hands‑on and close to the work.
