Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP Training Lead to support a major digital transformation project focusing on SAP S4HANA Public Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors. This role involves ownership of the training strategy and ensuring the organization is prepared for adoption ahead of go live dates in 2026 and 2027.

Candidates should have strong experience in delivering SAP training, designing role-based training, and engaging stakeholders at all levels. The position offers a hybrid work pattern initially requiring 2 days a week in the office.
