We’re excited to collaborate with one of our Largest Financial Services Clients as they look to hire a detail-oriented and data-savvy Sales Support Representative to help their sales team operate at peak performance.
In this ASAP starting, 12 month minimum contract opportunity, you will play a key role in removing administrative burdens, improving sales processes, and developing tools that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Role Requirements:

Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks such as order entry, pricing quotes, record keeping, and training coordination.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve sales processes.

Analyse sales data and historical trends to inform sales productivity initiatives and forecasting.

Build dashboards, reports, and tools to help the sales team work smarter.

Lead sales training and coaching to improve process knowledge and team performance.

Improve lead management practices, including lead scoring and automation.

Drive alignment between sales and marketing teams by clarifying the customer journey.

Track key sales productivity metrics and provide regular reports and insights to sales leadership.
