Job Title: Sales Executive

The Role:
- Drive new business sales and grow market share within the construction technology sector.
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions .
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a consultative and value-driven approach .
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success.
The Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience , ideally in SaaS, ConTech, or related industries .
- A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills , with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven , with a passion for technology and business growth.
The Package:
- Base Salary: Competitive, with a strong OTE and uncapped commission potential.
- Hybrid working with a Dublin base.
The Process:
- 1st Stage: Initial video interview.
- 2nd Stage: In-depth sales assessment and presentation.
- Final Stage: Meeting with key stakeholders.
