I am supporting a key client who is looking for a BI Reporting Analyst to join the team and play a key role in driving data‑informed decisions across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.

Contract: Initial 4‑month contract (extension highly likely) – Inside IR35 – £290 per day – 2 days per week on site (London).

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build intuitive, interactive dashboards focused on retention and revenue‑driving activities
  • Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes to support data integration
  • Leverage SQL and Python to analyze data and automate workflows
  • Support A/B testing initiatives by analyzing experiments and establishing performance baselines
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver impactful insights
  • Present findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through strong QA practices

What You Bring

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Tableau, QlikSense, or similar tools
  • Hands‑on experience with ETL processes and data pipelines
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing and experimentation analysis
  • 3+ years working with call center data and related KPIs
  • 3+ years working with web/digital data and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate data into business insights
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
