Professional Services Consultant – Construction SaaS / Digital Project Delivery
London – Office Based (5 Days per Week)
We’re partnered with a well-established and fast-growing SaaS company that provides digital project delivery and collaboration solutions to the construction and infrastructure sector. Their platform is used on some of the world’s most complex construction programmes-helping contractors, developers, and owners manage documents, workflows, and supply chain interactions at scale.
They’re now looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join their delivery team in London. This is a client-facing, office-based role (5 days per week) supporting onboarding, configuration, and ongoing implementation of the platform for enterprise clients across the built environment.
The Role
As a Professional Services Consultant, you’ll act as the bridge between the customer and the product-ensuring smooth rollout, user adoption, and long-term value realisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead client onboarding, configuration, and implementation of digital project delivery solutions
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements and advise on best practice setup
- Deliver workshops, system training, and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to support customisation and issue resolution
- Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted technical advisor
What You’ll Bring
- 2-4+ years’ experience in a client-facing professional services, implementation, or solutions consulting role within a SaaS or software business
- Knowledge of the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector strongly preferred
- Confident working with technical configurations, workflows, and user permissions
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and training delivery skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Must be able to work from the London office 5 days per week (no remote option)
