Product Support Specialist – Contract
Day Rate: £210 per day (IR35 TBC)
Length: Minimum 3 months (initial, with potential to extend)

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist to join an international waste management company on a contract basis. You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining IT platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and WalkMe. This role offers variety, with the chance to get involved in troubleshooting, product support, user training, and cross-functional projects.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing product and technical support to users across Salesforce, ServiceNow, WalkMe and other platforms.
- Managing incidents, problems, changes, and releases.
- Troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and escalating when needed.
- Working with vendors on bug fixes and feature requests.
- Running user training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Gathering feedback to support product improvements.
What we’re looking for
- 2-3 years’ experience in IT or Salesforce support role.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (Admin 201 / ADX201).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and stakeholder management.
- Experience with ServiceNow or JIRA (desirable).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
