Responsibilities

  • Ensure data queries, discrepancies and issues are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Make sure reporting processes are clearly documented, transparent and easy for the team to support.
  • Protect data by maintaining strong controls, access permissions and audit processes.

  • Keep up to date with developments in the wider data and healthcare landscape (including national data collection requirements).

Essential Experience

  • Strong expertise in data, reporting, BI and analytics within a private or public healthcare environment.
  • Good knowledge of NHS data systems and national returns (e.g. SUS).
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and imaging services (MRI, CT, screening).
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality reporting in busy, high-pressure environments.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and executives, providing insight and advice.
