A growing, high‑performing FinTech organisation is looking for a PR & Comms Manager to join their communications team. They are a brilliant business going through significant growth and are building out their PR & Comms team further this year, offering a huge opportunity to make an impact in a regulated, high‑growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver PR and media relations campaigns aligned to brand and business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with financial, business, and trade media.
  • Create press releases, statements, thought leadership and reactive commentary.
  • Support crisis and issues comms handling when required.
  • Manage PR agencies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor media coverage, track results, and report on campaign performance.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, product and leadership teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Background in a PR agency working on fintech/financial clients OR in‑house within financial services.
  • Strong media relations experience, ideally across financial, business or tech press.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience with reputational comms, reactive press office work or regulated sectors is beneficial.

Rates depend on experience and client requirements.
