Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Oracle Techno-Functional Applications Specialist with deep experience in Oracle Billing to support and enhance our billing landscape. You will play a key role in requirement gathering, functional development, system integration, and ongoing support of the billing platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse business requirements related to billing processes
  • Design and deliver functional changes within Oracle Billing
  • Provide application support for the Billing platform (BAU & enhancements)
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to build interfaces with legacy systems
  • Participate in testing activities, including SIT/UAT and support training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams
  • Support and contribute to the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) roadmap

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong end-to-end Oracle Billing implementation experience
  • Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Billing (ORMB)
  • Strong Techno-Functional background
  • Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder interaction skills
  • Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, SQL, REST APIs
  • Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences)
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) v12.2 (nice to have)
  • Experience integrating Oracle Billing with legacy applications
  • Exposure to regulated or complex billing environments.
