We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Support Officer to join our Digital Health team and support the delivery of key digital and transformation projects. You will provide high-quality administrative and project support to Project Managers and senior stakeholders, helping to coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, track actions, and support reporting. This is a varied role offering excellent exposure to project management within a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and project support, including minute taking and action tracking
  • Maintaining project documentation, risks, issues, and reports
  • Supporting meetings and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Assisting with implementation activity, including floor-walking and helpdesk support
  • Producing reports and managing data using tools such as Excel

About You

  • Significant administrative experience in an office or customer-focused environment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • An interest in project management (PRINCE2 Foundation desirable)
