The Opportunity
We're looking for a Marketing Delivery & Campaigns Manager who thrives on turning strategy into action. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you'll own the delivery of marketing and branding initiatives end‑to‑end – ensuring everything lands on time, on brief, and to the highest standard. You'll sit at the centre of delivery, operations, and data – bringing structure, pace, and accountability to everything marketing touches.
What You'll Own
- End‑to‑End Delivery: Lead marketing initiatives from planning through execution, QA, launch, and follow‑up; translate strategy into clear timelines, priorities, and action plans; oversee events, sponsorships, and external communications; track progress, manage risks, and keep everything moving – no loose ends.
- Marketing Operations & Tooling: Own HubSpot – campaigns, workflows, lists, reporting; coordinate with Sales & BD to ensure seamless execution; work across Salesforce and Salesloft to maintain clean data and integration; build scalable processes and reduce manual effort.
- Data, Structure & Cadence: Maintain clean, consistent, and auditable marketing data; create clear documentation and version control; establish and enforce weekly/monthly delivery rhythms.
- Compliance & Governance: Partner with Compliance to ensure all activity meets regulatory standards; manage approval workflows for all external communications; maintain full audit trails – approvals, versions, sign‑offs.
What You Bring
- 5‑8 years in a B2B delivery‑focused role (marketing, campaigns tied in with project management, marketing ops, etc.)
- Proven ability to deliver complex workstreams on time
- Hands‑on HubSpot experience
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in regulated environments (Investment, Professional Services or Financial would be ideal)
