Salt have partnered with a new and exciting business specialising in FinTech for not 1, but 2 new positions as the global team expands before the end of the year. You will collaborate closely with a wider variety of teams from Product, Marketing, Tech to drive marketing effectiveness across each marketing initiative. You will be the go-to person for all things data - so we are looking for someone who loves getting into each area of the numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of analysing each marketing campaign across digital channels
- Provide insights to the wider business on customer acquisition, engagement and retention
- Optimise each campaign by collaborating with the marketing teams across the business
- Using the data, provide insight and recommendations to improve marketing ROI
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience within marketing analytics
- Expertise across different analytical tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Previously with large volumes of data
- Excellent understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs etc
- Previously roles could include Commercial Marketing Analysis, Product Marketing Analysis, Digital Marketing Analysis for example!
