We’re partnering with a global consumer brand looking for a Senior Planning Applications Engineer to support and evolve enterprise planning capabilities across retail and eCommerce operations. This position sits at the intersection of Planning, Supply Chain and Technology, with a particular focus on Store Allocation, Replenishment and WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock & Intake). You’ll play a key role in building, optimising and supporting planning solutions that enable better commercial and inventory decisions across the business.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and support enterprise planning applications and solutions
- Enhance and optimise existing planning templates, models and capabilities
- Work closely with Planning, Supply Chain and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Support initiatives across allocation, replenishment, inventory management and stock intake planning
- Contribute to documentation, change management and user enablement
- Drive continuous improvement across planning processes and systems
Experience Required
- 5+ years working with enterprise planning technologies such as Board, Anaplan, SAP SAC, Hyperion or similar planning platforms
- Experience supporting WSSI, Merchandise Planning, Allocation, Replenishment or Inventory Planning functions
- Strong understanding of planning models, calculations, business rules and integrations
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Retail, eCommerce, Fashion, Consumer Goods or Supply Chain experience
- SAP ERP exposure
- Microsoft Fabric experience
- Background delivering planning transformations or consulting projects
