SALT is working with a leading global SaaS business that is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing programmes supporting a key public‑sector client segment. Hybrid working in London; up to £450 per day, inside IR35 for an 8+ month contract.

The role requires a blend of field, digital, and traditional marketing expertise to help shape and deliver impactful go-to‑market strategies that generate pipeline and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans tailored to the UK public sector.
  • Translate business and sales priorities into actionable marketing programmes.
  • Lead account‑based marketing (ABM) and executive engagement strategies.
  • Manage local campaigns and events, collaborating with internal stakeholders and agencies.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and impact on revenue.
  • Partner closely with sales to align marketing activity with business goals.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high‑quality execution.
About You
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience within the technology or enterprise sector, ideally supporting public sector or similar markets.
  • Proven experience building and delivering pipeline‑driving marketing programmes across multiple channels (digital, field, events, etc.).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence in a matrixed organisation.
  • Hands‑on experience with ABM, customer engagement campaigns, and event management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment and dealing with ambiguity.
