Responsibilities
- Contribute to all aspects of marketing activities and communicate clear promotional messages.
- Create and issue promotional electronic newsletters and effective email campaigns.
- Maintain and update event websites, apply SEO knowledge, and recommend ways to enhance the user journey.
- Manage PPC campaigns, review results, and provide recommendations.
- Utilize and manage digital tools (e.g., app, survey tool) to enhance campaigns.
- Manage the exhibitor promotional campaign and contribute to strategy.
- Lead copywriting, design and production of delegate marketing materials and emails.
- Become an expert in Salesforce, identify marketing opportunities and utilize data.
- Marketing administration including proofreading, delivering advertising copy, responding to enquiries, and monitoring competitor activity.
- Negotiate barter details with media partners and associations.
- Liaise with external suppliers (PR companies, designers, online providers, data houses, registration companies, printers, photographers, mailing houses).
- Support implementation of research projects to review customer satisfaction and identify portfolio developments.
- Provide onsite support to ensure the smooth running of marketing-related activities (e.g., registration, press office, research, placement of branding and materials, sales stand).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in HTML.
- Experience using databases and creating targeted direct marketing campaigns.
