Salt are partnering with a global enterprise organization and are looking for a Senior ABM Marketing Manager to join on a contract basis.

Location: London. Contract: 12 months (ASAP start). Working model: Hybrid.

About the Role

This is a senior, account-based marketing role focused on engaging a defined set of high-value enterprise accounts across the UK & Ireland. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving pipeline creation and acceleration, working in close partnership with sales and a wide range of regional and global marketing teams. The role combines strategic ownership with hands‑on delivery. You’ll design and execute tailored 1:1 and 1:few ABM programmes, align activity to the buyer journey, and ensure campaigns are measurable, relevant and commercially impactful. Collaboration, insight‑led planning and execution excellence are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary marketing partner to sales for a portfolio of strategic accounts, building and executing bespoke ABM plans
  • Develop targeted programmes aligned to enterprise account priorities, industry challenges and business objectives
  • Ensure all activity aligns with overarching brand, messaging and campaign frameworks
  • Support territory and account planning with marketing insight and account‑appropriate propositions
  • Deliver the right content and engagement at the right stage of the buyer journey
  • Collaborate with regional, global, partner, events and solutions marketing teams to drive integrated programmes
  • Track, analyse and report on performance, ROI and pipeline impact using data and dashboards
  • Respond flexibly to ad hoc and opportunistic requests based on pipeline health and sales priorities
  • Share insights and best practice to support wider marketing effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior ABM or account‑focused marketing role
  • Background in a fast‑growth, SaaS or cloud‑based environment
  • Strong experience partnering with enterprise sales teams and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Commercially minded with a strong grasp of pipeline metrics and performance measurement
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple programmes simultaneously
  • Confident operating in a collaborative, matrixed organisation
  • Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence
