A fast-growing international B2B software company is seeking a senior Revenue Operations and Enablement leader to drive commercial effectiveness across its UK business. Reporting into the global Revenue Operations function, this role will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue processes, systems, and enablement programs. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams, you will help scale the business by improving operational rigor, forecasting accuracy, sales productivity, and go-to-market execution. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong analytical and systems expertise with the ability to influence commercial teams and deliver practical enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy, Planning & Execution: Design and optimize revenue operations processes across lead management, pipeline governance, forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and incentive compensation. Drive operational improvements to support sustainable revenue growth.
- Sales Process & Performance Optimization: Analyse the end-to-end sales cycle to identify opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and productivity. Partner with sales leadership to refine best practices across discovery, demonstrations, and customer engagement.
- Revenue Technology, Data & Analytics: Own adoption and governance of CRM and sales enablement technologies. Ensure data integrity and system effectiveness. Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting across pipeline health, forecast accuracy, productivity, churn, and other commercial metrics. Support monthly, quarterly, and board-level business reviews.
- Enablement, Training & Content Development: Develop and deliver onboarding and continuous training programmes. Identify capability gaps and create targeted learning initiatives. Maintain sales playbooks, scripts, pitch materials, competitive intelligence, and case studies.
- Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Measure the impact of enablement programmes, process changes, and technology implementations. Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to refine initiatives over time.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or related commercial roles. Experience in SaaS, technology, or other B2B environments. Demonstrated success improving revenue performance through process optimization, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience working in global or multi-regional organizations.
- Skills & Expertise: Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and sales performance tools. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proven project management and change management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
