Location: London, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam

Rate: 600 - 800 Euros per day

Duration: 12 months

Hybrid Working: 8 days onsite per month. UK contractors must use an Umbrella (Inside of IR35)

Objectives

  • Produce Cluster Release Plan to achieve the committed improvements and benefits
  • Identify and secure stakeholder approval for each Release Scope and Change Impact Assessment
  • Lead the Release Plan, organising cross‑Epic and cross‑Tribe resources to deliver on schedule
  • Manage technical Release scope, coordinating with Cluster Test Lead and GTS Change & Release Management

Responsibilities

  • Develop a Release based view of LAM implementations and Benefits delivery, engaging Business and IT stakeholders
  • Secure Sponsor approval for the overall Release Plan, and each Release Scope and Change Impact Assessment
  • Develop integrated Release Plans, identifying and agreeing deliverable dependencies across Epics, resolving gaps and discrepancies
  • Identify and manage Release Decisions, Risks, Issues, and Changes through the Epic, Cluster and Programme governance processes
  • Support the Cluster Test Lead to define the solution build and test approach, aligning with the Cluster Solution Architect and EDOs
  • Support the Cluster Test Lead in development of the Cluster Test and Release (implementations) Strategy
  • Agree with GTS Change & Release Management the Cluster implementation schedule and resolve conflicts with other critical implementations
  • Support the Cluster Change Lead in development of the Release Change Impact Assessment and resulting organisation readiness plans and activities
  • Use in‑house methodology for the creation of clear and concise documentation to identify Release options and agreement of the Release Plan

Required skills and qualifications

  • 8 years of Project delivery experience leading similar Release and Implementation planning in Financial Services
  • Understanding of Identity Management including access (de)provisioning, role‑based access control, joiner/mover/leaver ("JML") activities, ServiceNow integrations, knowledge of access control models and policies
  • Experience of onboarding applications in an IAM tool
  • Experienced in managing end to end several projects in parallel with size varying from 300 to 3,000 man‑days, in a Programme delivery organisation
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to adapt style according to context and different project stakeholders
  • Projects managed according industry standard Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Expert in developing the Release approach across transversal Projects or Epics, covering the disciplines of Planning, Estimating, Change Control, Risks & Issues, Resources management
  • Previous experience of outsourced projects management is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills, able to influence different levels of management towards project targets
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (listening, writing, presenting) at all levels
  • Affinity with technical domains and experience delivering solutions across different systems architecture, including Windows, Linux and Mainframe
  • Demonstrates flexibility to adapt and continuously improve delivery approach

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • PMI or Prince2 Programme delivery in large or complex organisations
  • SAFE, Scrum
  • Understanding of the IAM domain and industry best practice
  • Understanding of Mainframe and RACF
