We are a fast-growing UK leader in sustainable waste solutions, helping households and businesses clear waste quickly, responsibly, and with zero hassle. As we scale our digital presence, we are searching for a results-driven Senior Marketing Executive - PPC to supercharge our paid media performance.

Role

Own paid search + paid social across Google, Bing, Meta and LinkedIn. Big budgets, big impact, full-funnel responsibility - across Consumer, B2B and Trade.

What you’ll do

  • Lead PPC strategy and daily optimisation
  • Manage campaigns across Google/Microsoft Ads, Meta & LinkedIn
  • Own budget pacing, forecasting + ROI
  • Create high-performing ads, targeting + briefs
  • Work with creative/UX to improve landing journeys
  • Track performance using GA4, UTMs + conversion events
  • Run constant testing to lift efficiency + growth
  • Deliver clear weekly/monthly reporting using GA4 & Supermetrics

What you bring

  • Strong Google & Microsoft Ads experience
  • Hands-on Meta + LinkedIn ads management
  • Solid GA4 skills (events, attribution, funnels)
  • Confident with Supermetrics + Excel/Sheets
  • Experience managing sizeable budgets
  • Analytical, organised, proactive + commercially minded
  • Google/Microsoft certifications a plus
  • Experience with PMax, dynamic ads + automated bidding
