Lead Platform Architect (DLT, Tokenization, Digital Assets - Banking Client - London, Paris and Brussels)
Rate: €800 - €1100 per day, 8 days onsite per month is required. Inside IR35. Duration: 12 months.
The financial industry is undergoing a fundamental transformation driven by Digital Assets, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), and next-generation data platforms. My client is at the forefront of this evolution, building the foundations of a Digital Asset Platform that will power future market infrastructures.
The Innovation Tribe is responsible for delivering these transformative capabilities, shaping how digital assets are issued, managed, and exchanged across ecosystems. We are looking for a Digital Asset Platform Architect who will define, evolve, and safeguard the vision of the Digital Asset Platform.
You will act as the technical authority and guardian of the platform, ensuring that all teams contribute to a coherent, scalable, secure, and future-proof architecture. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of architecture strategy, platform governance, and innovation, where you will shape the long-term foundation of the clients digital asset capabilities while enabling teams to deliver efficiently and consistently.
In this role, you will drive the evolution of the Digital Asset Platform, ensuring alignment between strategic vision and day-to-day delivery. You will work closely with engineering teams, solution architects, product leaders, and external partners, guiding architectural decisions, validating implementations, and continuously improving the platform's capabilities.
Your mission is to ensure that the platform remains consistent, reusable, secure, and scalable, while enabling innovation and accelerating delivery across multiple initiatives.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices
- Strong expertise in security-by-design, identity models, and compliance frameworks
- Ability to balance strategic vision with pragmatic delivery constraints
- Proven ability to guide multiple teams without direct authority
- Strong communication and influencing skills across business and technical stakeholders
