High-impact, part-time Account Director role working on a newly won facial aesthetics account within a senior-led healthcare consultancy. Autonomy, flexibility, and exposure to European clients.

Salary: Β£55,000-Β£60,000 FTE (pro rata)

Location: Fully remote

Work Pattern: 2-3 days per week initially

The Role

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key healthcare account in the facial aesthetics space. You will lead client relationships, oversee delivery, and ensure work is executed to a high standard within regulated environments, working closely with internal and freelance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of a key healthcare account
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Oversee delivery, timelines, and coordination of workstreams
  • Run client meetings independently
  • Manage internal teams and external freelancers
  • Ensure compliance within regulated healthcare environments
  • Identify opportunities for account growth

About You

  • Proven experience operating at Account Director level within healthcare or pharma
  • Strong understanding of regulated environments
  • Confident leading senior client interactions
  • Experience working with European clients
  • Highly organised and delivery-focused
