A well‑known global consulting, technology and digital transformation organisation is looking to hire Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants to join its growing HR Transformation practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and delivery activity
  • Assist with business analysis, process analysis and requirements gathering
  • Support functional design and solution design for HR functions
  • Contribute to full end‑to‑end implementation lifecycle activity
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support delivery outcomes
  • Contribute to data‑led problem solving across HR transformation programmes

Key Experience Required

  • Foundational Oracle Fusion HCM knowledge, ideally gained through implementation or delivery projects
  • Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion delivery activity
  • Exposure to business analysis, process analysis or requirements gathering
  • Exposure to functional design documentation or configuration support
  • Experience working as part of a project or delivery team
  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and internal teams
  • Interest in developing a consulting career within HR transformation
  • Willingness to work across large, complex client environments
