The Role
This is a hands-on midweight role focused on delivering end-to-end experiential design, from early concept through to execution. You will work across high-production events, exhibitions and activations, often within tech-led environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for experiential and event-led projects
- Translate early-stage ideas into visual storytelling and presentation decks
- Collaborate with 3D artists and production teams to realise concepts
- Build client-ready decks using Google Slides and other tools
- Take ownership of delivery across projects, from concept to execution
- Oversee holistic experience elements including collateral, uniforms and F&B
- Work at pace across multiple projects and deadlines
About You
- Proven experience as a midweight designer within experiential, events or brand experience
- Strong understanding of consumer journeys in live environments
- Able to create engaging tech demos and stand-out brand experiences
- Confident building presentations and delivering polished outputs independently
- Highly organised with strong administrative and project coordination skills
- Clear communicator, able to articulate ideas effectively
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with major clients such as Google, Meta or Bloomberg
- Exposure to AI tools for concepting and visualisation (e.g. Gemini or similar)
- Experience contributing to large-scale events or exhibition design
