Salt are working with a scaling health, wellness and beauty brand to hire a Marketplace Manager who will project manage the Americas regions. This is a very exciting position which will give you the opportunity to drive growth and expand into new territories and work alongside world-class vendors. It is important that this person is a go‐getter who is naturally commercially driven. English language is a must but speaking French and/or Spanish would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace & Channel Leadership
- Take full ownership of marketplace performance across North and South America, driving revenue growth and profitability across multiple digital platforms.
- Manage day‐to‐day marketplace operations, ensuring strong commercial performance, optimal stock positioning, and category competitiveness.
- Oversee selected seller accounts directly while partnering with third‐party operators to ensure consistent execution and margin control.
- Continuously optimise marketplace presence through improvements in content, merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategy.
- Regional Strategy & Commercial Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketplace strategy across key regional platforms, aligning activity with broader commercial objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities across established and emerging digital commerce channels.
- Build structured joint business plans with regional commercial stakeholders to unlock incremental revenue.
- Partner with distribution and export teams to share best practice, develop playbooks, and enhance marketplace execution consistency across territories.
- Support the expansion of digital capabilities with key distribution partners to strengthen long‐term channel development.
- Cross‐Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure profitable and sustainable channel growth.

Required Experience and Skills
- Strong experience managing digital marketplaces, particularly across North and South American regions.
- Demonstrated success delivering significant online revenue growth within marketplace ecosystems.
- In‐depth understanding of marketplace dynamics, operational models, and commercial levers.
- Experience navigating regional market nuances and consumer behaviours across the Americas.
- Hands‐on familiarity with seller platforms and marketplace management tools.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience using digital analytics dashboards and performance reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid search, and performance marketing principles within ecommerce environments.
- Experience with inventory planning systems and CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Confident operating in international, multi‐stakeholder environments and presenting to senior leadership.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and a structured approach to problem‐solving.
- Fluency in English required; additional language capability (particularly Spanish) is advantageous.
- Interest or experience in consumer lifestyle categories is beneficial but not essential.
