We are looking for an experienced IDAM Project Manager to lead a major Identity and Access Management transformation for a large UK financial services organisation. You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a complex identity platform migration, working across technology, security, architecture, operations and third-party implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the programme through planning, design, integration, migration, testing, operational readiness and transition into service
- Establish strong programme governance, planning and delivery controls
- Manage dependencies, RAID, risks and issues across multiple teams
- Coordinate internal technology teams, vendors and implementation partners
- Drive delivery at pace within a complex enterprise environment
- Provide clear communication and delivery leadership to senior stakeholders
- Manage emerging technical dependencies and delivery challenges
Essential Experience
- Strong experience delivering complex enterprise technology transformation programmes
- Proven experience delivering IDAM/IAM programmes or migrations
- Experience with cloud/SaaS platform implementations and migrations
- Strong understanding of identity, security and integration environments
- Experience managing multiple technology vendors and implementation partners
- Strong programme planning, dependency, RAID and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent senior stakeholder communication and delivery leadership
- Previous experience within regulated Financial Services
- Experience across pensions, retirement, life insurance, wealth management or long-term savings would be highly desirable.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role suited to an experienced Project Manager who can quickly establish control of a complex programme, create clarity across multiple teams and drive delivery forward. Rates depend on experience and client requirements.
