What you'll do:
- Lead and develop a small SEO team
- Drive strategy, roadmaps, QBRs & performance
- Partner with tech leads on migrations & major SEO projects
- Build and scale the agency's AI Search proposition (AIO, GEO, AI‐assisted workflows)
- Improve delivery processes using AI + manage internal systems
- Support onboarding, retention & new‐business opportunities
- Report directly to the MD
