Whether your experience is in B2C or B2B, if you’re a creative all-rounder with strong design instincts and a sharp eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, visual communication, and building impactful campaigns that stand out in a competitive market. We want you to be collaborative, agile, and open to fresh ideas.
Responsibilities- Designing for a variety of formats: emails, digital ads, social media, brochures, and landing pages.
- Collaborating with marketing to bring campaign concepts to life.
- Managing your own projects and timelines, delivering high-quality work on schedule.
- Creating across multiple platforms – animated, video, and branding.
- Contributing ideas to ensure all designs are bold, effective, and aligned with brand standards.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your digital and print design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Photoshop.
- Confidence working within established brand guidelines while pushing boundaries creatively.
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- (Bonus) A working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

- Remote working – this role is almost fully remote, with the exception of coming into the office based in Hampshire two days of the month to work collaboratively as a team. (This is a covered expense).
