We're looking for an experienced OneAdvanced Workforce Management Functional Consultant to join a major transformation programme delivering a modern workforce management solution across a large portfolio of care homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a business‑critical rollout, helping operational teams improve workforce visibility, streamline attendance management, enhance compliance, and drive efficiencies across the organisation. What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading workshops to gather and document business requirements
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for OneAdvanced Workforce Management
  • Supporting the design and configuration of the Time & Attendance module
  • Mapping current and future‑state workforce processes
  • Supporting testing, UAT, defect resolution, and go‑live activities
  • Working closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams
  • Assisting with workforce data migration and integrations
  • Delivering user training and supporting change adoption
  • Providing post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant on OneAdvanced Workforce Management projects
  • Strong hands‑on experience with the OneAdvanced Time & Attendance (T&A) module
  • Experience delivering end‑to‑end Workforce Management implementations
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
  • Experience supporting configuration, testing, and user training
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience working with HR, Payroll, and operational business teams
  • Experience within multi‑site organisations
  • Care Homes, Healthcare, Social Care, or NHS experience
  • Payroll integration experience
