We have partnered with a large global consulting group, delivering a complex transformation programme for a European Technology firm – notably, re-platform them to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) whilst also spearheading a ground‑up re‑design of their digital estate across both UX and UI.

This is a fairly typical BA role, but with the proviso that you must have both AEM and UX/Design collaboration experience.

Beyond this, and day‑to‑day, you will own

  • Capturing and end‑to‑end management of functional requirements, across the full product lifecycle, from ideation to successful sign‑off.
  • Creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM component and templates.
  • Collaborating with all internal and external teams, made up of Designers, UX Practitioners, and Engineers.
  • Playing a key‑role in backlog prioritisation.
  • Involvement and a key role in ceremonies such as stand‑ups, demos, and retros.
  • Your experience Experience operating as a pure BA or BA/Product Owner.
  • Experience working with Digital Agencies or Consultancies would be advantageous.
  • Depth of understanding and commercial experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
