Role

Reporting to the Digital Performance & CRM Manager, you'll support end‑to‑end digital campaigns, optimise performance, and ensure flawless execution across affiliate and CRM channels.

What You'll Do

  • Build, test, and deploy CRM/email campaigns in Bloomreach.
  • Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Track performance, report on KPIs, and deliver insight‑led improvements.
  • Support the digital marketing calendar and collaborate with creative, eCom, and marketing teams.

What You Bring

  • Experience in CRM/email campaign management.
  • Experience in Affiliate and Partnership marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data.
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Energetic, proactive, and passionate about eCommerce and digital.
  • UK‑based with flexibility to travel.
