A major UK retailer is looking for an experienced CRM Manager with a strong broadcast and Ometria background to join a fast-paced team on an initial 3-month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the operational delivery of daily broadcast campaigns
  • Managing segment selection and stakeholder sign-off
  • Creating a time-tracking and capacity framework for CRM builds
  • Driving efficiency and consistency in Ometria builds
  • Supporting and coaching three CRM builders, helping evolve build approaches
  • Leading QA tracking, logging errors and producing weekly error-rate reports
  • Producing clear documentation, checklists and repeatable processes for monthly campaigns

Qualifications

  • Hands-on Ometria experience (essential)
  • Strong broadcast CRM delivery background in a high-volume environment
