Role
This is a hands-on creative leadership role owning the full brand and visual direction. You will shape how the company looks, feels and shows up to the world across brand, campaigns, web, motion and video. If you want the freedom to build and evolve a design system, push creative standards and make work that actually gets noticed, this is the place to do it.
Key Responsibilities
- Evolve the visual identity as the brand matures into enterprise.
- Lead creative across web, campaigns, illustration, photography, motion and video.
- Build and strengthen the design system so it can scale with the business.
- Create high impact creative for launches, big campaigns and flagship moments.
- Direct video and podcast output from concept through to final delivery.
- Produce sales materials that turn complex ideas into clarity and confidence.
About You
- Experienced in leading and loving an ambitious brand or creative evolutions.
- Hands on across brand, visual design and motion, with the ability to partner with freelancers and agencies.
- Background in high-growth tech/SaaS or top tier branding studios.
- Strong fundamentals across typography, layout, art direction and storytelling.
- Comfortable moving quickly, working independently and owning outcomes end to end.
- Bonus Experience
- Designing for events or physical brand moments.
- Motion, animation, photography or art direction skills.
- Hands on video production experience.
- Interest in using AI tools within the creative workflow.
