The Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Creative Artworker to become the technical backbone of a talented design team.
Working across a diverse portfolio of experiential and environmental projects, you\'ll transform approved creative concepts into production-ready artwork while ensuring every detail is technically accurate and ready for delivery.
You\'ll work closely with designers, project managers and production partners, helping to solve technical challenges, maintain high standards and ensure projects are delivered successfully from concept through to production.
- Produce accurate, production-ready artwork for experiential, environmental and large-format projects.
- Prepare artwork across a wide range of materials, substrates and production methods.
- Manage amendments, version control and file organisation across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure concepts can be delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Act as the final quality control checkpoint before artwork is released for production.
- Provide technical guidance to design, account and project management teams.
- Liaise directly with printers, fabricators and production partners.
- Develop and maintain artwork standards, templates and workflows.
- Support rollout and adaptation projects where required.
- Contribute to the evolution of AI-assisted production workflows.
About You
Significant experience in a Creative Artworker, Senior Artworker or Technical Artworker position.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design.
Strong understanding of large-format print production and artwork preparation.
Experience delivering artwork for exhibitions, events, experiential projects or branded environments.
Excellent knowledge of print processes, materials, substrates and finishing techniques.
Experience working directly with printers, suppliers and production partners.
Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
A proactive, organised and solution-focused approach.
