Drive the content engine behind a major multi‑market brand – and help build an agile content supply chain that delivers brilliantly between the big campaign moments. We’re looking for a hands‑on Content Marketing Manager who blends creative flair, sharp copy instincts, operational excellence and AI‑driven efficiency. Someone who can brief agencies, challenge creative, and ship high‑quality content fast across social, digital and eCommerce channels.
Responsibilities
- Content Supply Chain & Workflow Leadership: Run the full content workflow: brief → create → approve → localise → publish → measure. Build scalable, efficient systems and AI‑enabled content workflows. Create templates and campaign formats to accelerate BAU output.
- Creative & Agency Management: Write smart, insight‑driven creative and campaign briefs across multiple markets and languages. Challenge agency thinking and ensure work lands on‑brand, sharp and commercially aligned. Generate hooks, ideas and content angles that cut through.
- Multi‑Channel Delivery: Create and adapt content for Meta, YouTube, Display and performance channels. Understand ratios, hooks, formats and creative testing approaches.
- CMS & Market Coordination: Manage website content via CMS tools (uploading, tagging, page creation). Coordinate closely with local markets to understand needs and roll out assets effectively.
- Project Management: Keep timelines, stakeholders and quality tightly aligned – especially for rapid BAU output.
