Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Conference Producer to join their established team.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Conference Director, you will be responsible for developing and delivering market‑leading conference programmes from initial research through to onsite execution. Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams, you will create compelling content, secure high‑profile speakers, and ensure events remain commercially successful and highly engaging. This role is ideal for an experienced conference producer who enjoys researching industry trends, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and industry research to identify key trends, opportunities, and agenda themes.
  • Develop conference programmes, strategic content, and session concepts.
  • Liaise with speakers, moderators, and communications teams regarding agenda participation.
  • Recruit senior industry leaders, regulators, government representatives, and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with advisory boards and key stakeholders to ensure programme quality and relevance.
  • Participate in sponsorship and client meetings where required.
  • Ensure conference content supports both sponsorship and delegate revenue objectives.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis, including industry sectors, target audiences, and relevant associations.
  • Attend industry events to build relationships, source speakers, and gather market intelligence.

Project Management & Event Delivery

  • Manage multiple conference programmes and agendas simultaneously.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management.
  • Work closely with marketing teams on agenda promotion, social content, email campaigns, and event collateral.
  • Partner with operations teams to deliver exceptional onsite experiences for delegates and speakers.
  • Ensure websites, agendas, brochures, and event materials remain accurate and up to date.
  • Travel nationally and internationally to support event delivery and stakeholder engagement.

About You

  • Proven experience producing conference programmes from research through to live event delivery.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how content drives sponsorship and delegate sales.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and content development skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities with senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
