Role
This is a pivotal role sitting at the heart of a newly established in‑house creative studio. You will act as the key interface between brand stakeholders and creative teams, leading the end‑to‑end delivery of integrated, multi‑channel campaigns. From BAU through to exciting new campaign launches, you will help shape creative output across a portfolio of high‑profile, nationally recognised products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑channel campaigns, from briefing through to production and final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact between brand, creative, production and media teams.
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans that drive impactful creative work.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, stakeholder feedback and asset delivery.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agency partners.
- Lead campaign reporting, tracking performance and identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Support reactive and fast‑turnaround content without compromising quality.
About You
- Proven experience in an agency environment, ideally as a strong Account Manager ready to step up or an early‑stage Senior Account Manager.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across channels including social, OOH, radio, VOD or TV.
- Strong understanding of the creative and production process end‑to‑end.
- Highly organised, process‑driven and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to balance stakeholder management with creative judgement.
- A proactive communicator with the ability to build trust across teams.
