We are seeking a Platform Integration Engineer to support the design, build and ongoing maintenance of integrations across a growing systems landscape, with a particular focus on Shopify and platforms outside of the core ERP environment. This role centres on hands‑on technical integration delivery, ensuring reliable data flow between ecommerce, marketing, customer service and operational systems. The objective is to improve platform connectivity, reduce manual processes and support a scalable, resilient technology ecosystem as the business continues to grow. This is a delivery‑focused role, working closely with ERP, ecommerce and transformation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and enhance integrations between Shopify and connected platforms.
- Support data flows across ecommerce, marketing, customer service and operational systems.
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues, failures and data discrepancies.
- Work with Shopify data structures, APIs and webhooks to meet integration requirements.
- Support integrations across orders, customers, products, inventory and fulfilment.
- Collaborate with ecommerce teams to understand platform updates and downstream impact.
- Partner with ERP, ecommerce and transformation teams to deliver integration solutions.
- Support testing, validation and deployment of integration changes.
- Contribute to technical documentation covering integration logic and data flows.
- Monitor integration health and performance.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, strengthen and standardise integrations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the wider systems ecosystem.
